At that time we already warned the fans of the German national football team after the embarrassing appearance at the World Cup in Russia, that the next shame is imminent: the descent from League A to League B in the Nations League. What at that time sounded like a serious warning but somehow not quite as realistic is now a bitter reality: the 1-1 draw between Poland and the reigning European champion Portugal now brings both the German national team and Poland aswell into League B.
